Genuine STEM Applications

Students get to live and experience training that real cosmonauts go through. Utilizing the facilities and equipment in the International Space Station (ISS) modules, students will practice a re-entry mission using the space medical concepts learned, as well as taking pictures from the ISS. These practical courses and activities will provide students with the most genuine STEM experience!

Global Expertise with a Local Connection

The program integrated HASSE's international framework with the legacy of Russia's space exploration history, from Yuri Gagarin's pioneering flight onward, in collaboration with Russian space experts and educators.

Comprehensive Space Education

Students engaged in topics ranging from astronaut training and orbital mechanics to lunar and Martian habitation, with hands-on learning that made complex space concepts concrete and exciting.

Prominent Figures and Mentorship

Participants trained under NASA and Russian space experts, including cosmonauts at the Yuri Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center, gaining mentorship from professionals who shaped space exploration.

Inspiring the Next Generation

For many alumni, the Russia Space School was a launchpad toward careers in space science and technology, built on creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Global Network, Local Impact

As part of the broader HASSE network, the Russia Space School connects students with peers from around the world. This global perspective fosters collaboration and cultural exchange while celebrating the contributions of Russian space science to humanity’s exploration of the cosmos.
